What you are buying

The House Sense Library by Wade Harlan includes Read the Signs, Read the Quote, and Read the House. Each book comes in PDF and EPUB: six files in total, with 334 pages across the PDF editions.

These are English-language digital books. No physical books are shipped. You need a device or app that can open PDF or EPUB files.

Price and payment

The set costs US$27 as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription. Whop handles checkout. The checkout shows your final total, including any applicable tax, before you confirm payment.

Delivery

After payment, sign in to Whop with the email address used at checkout. The books are available in the Files area of Wade Harlan Homes. If access is missing or a file will not open, use the support form.

Personal use

You may read the books on your own devices and print copies for your own use. Your purchase does not permit resale, redistribution, public uploading, or claiming the content as your own.

Refunds

Read The House Sense Library for 30 days. If the books are no use to you, use the support form within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. You keep the downloaded files.

Contact us through the support form or request help with your purchase through Whop. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Using the information

The books provide general educational information for homeowners. They help you observe conditions, prepare questions and assess proposals; they do not replace an inspection, diagnosis, or advice from a qualified professional about your property. Follow the safety boundaries in the books and contact the appropriate professional or emergency service when needed.
